Dear Joe,

I want to take this opportunity to express our extreme thanks to you on the amazing turnaround in Michael’s attitude and work rate since our meeting with you.  He has been absolutely committed to his studies and did not shirk from his task one bit.

If one could turn back the clock 9 months, the same young man would not be recognizable.  For all this , both P and I are very grateful.  Thank you.
