Aim higher
Rather than low.
If your goals are easy, like low-hanging fruit,
it's likely that you're underestimating what you could achieve
and
that's probably as far as you will reach.
Steve Bezos (founder of Amazon) recently commented while being interviewed by the New York Times
"one observation I would have is that I think it's generally human nature to overestimate risk and underestimate opportunity"
If you aim higher,
while there's no guarantee you will succeed,
it's certainly likely that you will be more energised
purposeful and committed,
and that you will achieve more.
So it makes more sense to aim high,
set yourself a challenge you'll relish
and then work
with purpose
towards achieving your goal.
Aim high, and enjoy the adventure.
